Residential Services
As an offering from CMA, a shared agreement to provide resident dial tone for your facility can provide the following benefits:
In partnering with CMA, costs are reduced to the facility as they only have to purchase components of the phone service directly related to administrative needs. The Community, in conjunction with CMA, purchases a fully functional phone system, wherein the facility pays service for administration uses only. Digital cards, associated power supplies, desk sets, and voice mail are purchased by the Community while CMA provides required analog cards for resident dial tone, associated power supplies, and other head end equipment.
Once the system is installed, CMA agrees to bill each resident directly. Dial tone charges are outlined in a pre-approved contract. Long distance is broken out per resident and billed along with basic dial tone. Additional services available on resident request include voice mail and caller ID.
The administrative lines are billed directly to the facility for their line usage, with a reduction in monthly cost.
